Claritza N. Abreu currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Technology Risk Management for State Street Corporation. She also serves as Program Chair and Adjunct Professor of Information Technology Cambridge College School of Management in Cambridge, MA. Claritza devotes a significant amount of time to community service supporting public health research, STEM education, mentorship, and social issues. One of her most recent accomplishment is the launch the first global mobile and web app (LatInc.us) for Latino students and professionals to connect, mentor, find jobs and development opportunities. Claritza holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from INTEC, a master’s Degree in Computer Science from Boston University MET School and several graduate certifications in technology, leadership and public administration. 

Terrell Cox is a Partner Group PM Manager for the Microsoft Intune team. Terrell’s team delivers device-side experiences across Windows, Windows Phone, iOS, Mac, and Android. Her team works closely with Office and Azure Active Directory on data loss prevention scenarios across Office, O365, and Microsoft Intune. She is also the General Manager for Microsoft New England Research and Development center. During her 17 years at Microsoft, she has worked on numerous Windows Server and System Center technologies and holds a particular passion for user experience. Terrell is a founding member of the Microsoft Cloud & Enterprise Women's Leadership Council and the Microsoft Women@NERD communities. She currently lives in Brookline, MA with her husband and two daughters, who are her true happiness.

Margaret is a seasoned software executive and serial entrepreneur, currently the CTO at Nix86. In 2005 Margaret co-founded Plum, acquired in September 2009 by Nokia. Plum was one of the first web and mobile applications for private social networking and group conversations, targeted at real world social groups such as families, close friends and co-workers. In 1997 Margaret was one of the two people in an attic that created the powerhouse that became Constant Contact. As CTO she was responsible for the SaaS system that scaled Constant Contact from its early days to profitability. Margaret's deep technical background was honed in the early days of distributed computing at Apollo and Digital. As the Internet emerged she was instrumental in bringing Fidelity's first on line trading application on line. Over the course of her career she has architected and led teams to build commercially successful highly scalable cloud based systems multiple times.

Cecilia Pizzurro is the Senior Director of Data Science at SolarWinds. She is a product owner by trade and a serial mentor by heart. From her experience in senior-level roles at various tech companies, including Microsoft, she has developed into an experienced technical product leader with expertise in designing and executing cross-divisional, strategic technical solutions with a relentless focus on data.

Pizzurro managed projects related to service-oriented architecture deployments, large-scale cloud computing, and business software and services. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Candy Wong is a Program Manager on the Microsoft Office collaboration experiences team. She leads the development of Office features that enable better and more efficient collaboration, allowing busy people to easily work together. She is firmly passionate about harnessing the power of data and design in everyday product development. Her work includes designing user experiences across multi-device scenarios, targeted for both consumer and enterprise users. Before becoming a Boston transplant, Candy studied Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo. In her spare time, Candy is constantly on the search for something new to explore, whether it’s a recipe for cream puffs or a scenic three-mile jogging route.

Kelsey Liaw is a Program Manager at Microsoft. She started her career in Microsoft Game Studios before moving into the Microsoft data center world, and most recently helped build up an SRE organization within Azure, which hosts the Microsoft Cloud infrastructure in all its complexity. Grasping the immense power of communication for teams, mentoring others on career growth, and creating actionable, streamlined solutions to complex problems that are backed up by data analytics are her favorite tricks of the trade. When not working, you can usually find her withher husband chasing their toddlers who are chasing the dog around the house or with her nose buried in a book exploring strange lands and mythic creatures.
